I then tried to press Troubleshoot on my new computer and hit "changed hardware" then it just says "These devices were registered with a version of Windows 10 that does not support this feature" Disaster Customer Support from Microsoft! However, I haven't been emailed a link claiming no transfer rights. When showing them the links below, they just said that they did not know what to say and sent me this link: claiming that it states no transfer rights, when I asked them where it says I can't transfer it, they just froze and put me forward their supervisor who also froze and said that she'll email me a link. I called up Microsoft Support and they said that they weren't able to help me as they said it wasn't possible.
